Honey Cinnamon Protein Latte

A café cinnamon latte with 23g of protein hiding inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Gainful Protein (whey)
  • 1 Cinnamon Toast flavor packet
  • 1 shot espresso (or ⅓ cup strong coffee)
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Dusting of ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Warm the oat milk on the stove or in the microwave until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Whisk the honey, Gainful Protein and the Cinnamon Toast packet into the warm milk until fully smooth. A handheld frother makes this foolproof.
  3. Pull the espresso into a mug, pour the protein milk over top and dust with cinnamon.

Tip: Never add protein to boiling liquid. Let the milk cool for 30 seconds first so the whey doesn't clump.

3How do you want it?

Subscribers get the best price and a fresh tub before they run out. Skip, swap flavors, or cancel any time.

Why packets?

Flavor is a choice you make every shake

Our protein is unflavored on purpose. A packet decides what today's shake tastes like, so a tub never gets boring.

One packet, one shake

Scoop unflavored protein, tear open a Cinnamon Toast packet, add water or milk, shake. No measuring, no clumps of flavor at the bottom of the tub.

Cleaner than a flavored tub

Flavored powders bake in sweeteners and flavor systems. Ours keeps the protein simple and puts the flavor in a separate packet you control.

Works beyond the shaker

Cinnamon Toast holds up in coffee, oats, smoothies and the oven. The three recipes on this page are just the start.

Good to know

Questions, answered

How do Flavor Packets work?

Each pack holds 7 single-serve packets. Scoop your unflavored Gainful protein, tear open a packet, add water or milk, shake. One packet flavors one serving.

How many packs do I need?

A tub of Everyday Whey or Everyday Plant has 14 servings, so two packs (14 packets) flavor the whole tub. Add more if you plan to bake with it or want extra for the week.

Can I use Cinnamon Toast with the protein I already have?

Yes. Flavor Packets work with any Gainful protein. If you already have a tub, use the stepper above to buy packs on their own after picking a protein, or grab packs from your account.

Whey or plant?

Everyday Whey is a whey and casein blend: creamy, with fast and slow-digesting dairy protein. Everyday Plant is organic pea and brown rice protein: 100% vegan and dairy-free. Both are unflavored, unsweetened and deliver 23g of protein per serving. Cinnamon Toast tastes great in either.
