Why pea protein alone won't build muscle.

Muscle protein synthesis (MPS) — the process your body uses to repair and build muscle after exercise — doesn't just need protein. It needs the right protein. Specifically, it needs all 9 essential amino acids present at the same time, in adequate amounts.
