Official Rules
The Gainful “Lucky Order Refund” Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Gainful Health Inc. (“Sponsor”), located in the United States.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
The Promotion begins March 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends March 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
During the Promotion Period, participants may enter by:
Making a purchase at gainful.com
Applying the promotional code LUCKY at checkout
Each qualifying order using code LUCKY counts as one entry into the Promotion.

Limit one (1) entry per person via this method during the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about March 18, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Each winner will receive:
A refund of their qualifying Gainful order placed using code LUCKY, up to a maximum value of $200 USD.
Maximum of two (2) prizes total
Maximum value per prize: $200 USD
Total maximum promotion value: $400 USD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash beyond the refund amount.
Winners will be:
Notified via email associated with their order or entry
Announced on or about March 18, 2026
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Sponsor may request confirmation of eligibility before issuing the prize.
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, and/or city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
Technical failures of any kind
Errors in the administration of the Promotion
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at gainful.com.
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
